More than 50 people of same family were ‘wiped out’ in Jabalia, Al Jazeera cited Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki as saying on Wednesday.
The diplimat said the Israeli attack took place on the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
“Only this morning, from the Qadoura family in Jabalia, 52 people have been wiped out completely, killed,” al-Maliki said on the sidelines of a briefing by Arab and Muslim foreign ministers in the UK capital, London.
“I have the list of the names, 52 of them, they were wiped out completely from grandfather to grandchildren.”
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said that casualties reported in an attack in Khan Younis. It said that in initial figures that at least six people were killed and dozens were wounded in the Israeli strike.
Israel and Hamas agreed last night on a deal for a four-day truce in Gaza and release of 50 captives held in the enclave. The Zionist regime will release thriple that number of Palestinian civilians.
