Judge Kebonang accuses PWC of breaching confidentiality rules

Gaborone High Court Judge Zein Kebonang has accused PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) of breaching confidentiality rules in their legal battle with Ottapathu Ramachandran and Ismail Farouk. In his answering affidavit, Kebonang accuses PWC of breaching their professional obligations by disclosing documentation given to them in their auditing capacity.
